Grace Team

What is Grace Team?

The GRACE Team is a 2 year leadership development track at Camp NEOSA for teens within The Salvation Army Northeast Ohio Division. GRACE Team members will be assigned to different camp areas weekly to be trained in each area’s job knowledge and requirements for leadership. This will allow GRACE Team members to understand how each job area’s tasks fit into the total camp program. Throughout each summer, they will grow through trainings and experience to develop their leadership skills, life skills, and relationship with Jesus! For the school year in between the 2 summers, there is a volunteer internship where individuals take on responsibility and leadership at their local corps. The intention of GRACE Team is to develop leaders to return and serve in their corps, school, and community and to become part of the leadership team at Camp NEOSA!
